Keith South Shores Association, Inc. is a Michigan non-profit corporation.

 

The purpose of the association is to . . .

 

Protect the investment and the rights of the property owners in Supervisor's Plat #13 and the replat of Outlot A of said subdivision in West Bloomfield Township, Oakland County, Michigan.

 

Promote the safety of the residents of said subdivision, both on the streets and highways and at the beach property(ies) owned by this organization for the use of the members and residents of said subdivision.

Own the legal title to the privilege lots which are part of Supervisor's Plat #13 and replats thereof, and to manage and maintain the said privilege lots for the use of the lot owners of the said subdivision and replats thereof.
